Application of an Evolutionary Model to Telecommunication Services

چکیده
An evolutionary model drawn from biology is introduced. A method for its application to optimisation problems is developed and applied to the analysis of Videotex and Teletext services. It is shown that the evolutionary model has significant potential as a diagnostic tool for identifying trends in complex competitive systems.
